To make a return, please contact us.

Our policy stands for 30 days from time of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds 

Refunds can take multiple business days to process. If it's been a few days and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@theshowersteamer.com.au.

Shipping 

To return your product, you will be required to mail your product to the address provided upon contacting us. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning the item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
