Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates 2023
We send all our orders with Australia Post. We recommend ordering you products as early as possible as Australia Post cannot guarantee delivery for orders placed after the cut-off dates. See their Christmas cut-off dates below and find more details at their website here.
Standard shipping cut-off date:
Within Australia (except WA and NT) - 18 December - Orders must be placed before 11AM ACDT.
WA - 15 December
NT - 14 December
Express shipping cut-off date:
Within Australia (except WA and NT) - 21 December

How do I use a shower steamer?
Place a single tablet on the shower floor. For best results place the tablet away from the direct stream to allow water to gradually hit the tablet and do not submerge in deep water. Read more about effective use here.
Do you use organic essential oils?
Yes - our essential oils are organic!
Will the steamer damage my shower floor?
No - our steamers dissolve and won't stain your tiles or make the floor any slipperier than it already is. However, we recommend washing excess residue down the drain before leaving the shower.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes it is. Your foil packet can be recycled and each individual tablet wrapper can be recycled with your soft plastics. Our packets are resealable - so why not thoroughly wash them and reuse them for future storage!
How long do shower steamers last?
How long the steamer lasts will depend on how direct the water stream hits the tablet, and the depth of the water on the shower floor. On average the steamers last between 5-10 minutes.
Can you use shower steamers as bath bombs?
We don't recommend using shower steamers as bath bombs. Our steamers contain levels of essential oils which are made to be released in steam over time, not when fully submerged.
How to store shower steamers and do they have a shelf life?
Our steamers come individually wrapped within a resealable packet to ensure maximum shelf life. For the best experience we recommend using the steamers within a year of opening.
Are shower steamers safe to use when pregnant?
Aromatherapy is generally safe during pregnancy, however, please consult a physician before use.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
We want you to receive your order as soon as possible, so we pack and send your items within a day or two of purchase. We ship with Australia Post and as such are subject to their shipping times.
