How to use Shower Steamers and other FAQ's

Shower steamers are a great way to turn your shower into a spa-like experience! We've created a list of tips on how to use them as effectively as you can!

Choose the right shower steamer for you

We offer three different scents of shower steamers, each with its own unique fragrance and purpose. Choose the one that suits your mood and needs. For example, if you want to relax, lavender or chamomile scents are ideal, while eucalyptus or peppermint scents can be helpful for congestion or cold. Need a kick in your morning shower? A citrus mix is perfect!

Place the shower steamer correctly

Shower steamers work by reacting with water and releasing their fragrance in the steam, so it's essential to place them correctly. Place the steamer on the floor of the shower, away from the direct flow of water. Remember, water still needs to be hitting the tablet to release the fragrance so you may need to experiment with where works best in your shower. Alternatively, use a shower steamer holder that attaches to the wall or a small plate that keeps the steamer off the floor to extend its life.

Create a steamy environment

To activate the shower steamer, you need steam. Run hot water for a few minutes before stepping into the shower to create a steamy environment. This will help the steamer to dissolve slowly and release its fragrance over time.

Experiment with combinations

Shower steamers can be used alone or in combination with other products like shower gels. Experiment with different combinations to create your perfect shower experience.

Store shower steamers correctly

Keep shower steamers in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and sunlight. Our resealable packets are the perfect place! If you've decided to throw your packet out, then storing them in an airtight container or resealable bag can help preserve their scent and prolong their lifespan.

By following these tips, you can get the most out of your shower steamer and enjoy a spa-like experience in the comfort of your own home.
